Ostend Beach Festival

Ostend Beach is the dance weekend on the Klein Strand in Ostend, the small beach. Wikisage leaves it founded in 2010 by La Nuit Events and calls it the biggest beach dance festival in Belgium. The history page on the site itself, ostendbeach.be, has a 2010 bill: on the main stage Bingo Players, DJ Mystique, Dimaro, Smith Davis, Yamo, One87 and Kastor & Dice, and beside them MTV Party Noise, Partyharders, Make the Girl Dance and Broke One. On the Burn Stage, TLP also called Troubleman, Black Frank, Davidov, B-Kay and Sensei. That is the bill, not a night with titles. The homepage, read on 28 September 2026, stays on a cookie wall and brings no new dates.

setlist.fm starts its count in 2011, marks that year as the first and asks if the figure is incorrect, and adds up 15 times through 2026. The official page has 2010. The two stay together. Clubxtrem, announcing 25 June 2011, writes that the first edition gathered about 4,000 on the small beach and compares it to Copacabana and Ibiza. That comparison is the announcement's. Wikisage dates 2011 on 26 June. Clubxtrem and setlist.fm put the 25th. The two dates stay together. Doors from 13:00 to 01:00, from age 16, tickets 20 euros, Montgomerykaai, 8400 Oostende. JamBase, for 2025, writes Montgomerykaai 1, Ostend 8400. The number 1 and the street without a number stay together. The 2011 bill does not match. Clubxtrem shortens the name to Gerrit K. and puts Trash Radio at Studio Brussel. On the Krush stage, Wikisage opens with Ed & Kim and goes on with Barry Fore, Yamo, John Beaubar, Jay Smooth, Smith Davis, Benji, Soulspinnas and DJ Houwen versus Mr Cliff. Clubxtrem leaves a headliner to be confirmed, adds Mr. Moustache and writes Smith Davies, with that spelling. Davis and Davies stay together. The reggae and dubstep stage, in Wikisage: Point.Blank, Mate & Fudge, Harmony, Requake, Jahwed Family, East End Rock and Skankin'B. Clubxtrem writes Point Blank and Skankin' B, split. It is a bill, not a night with titles.

The weekend with an identified list is 2026. setlist.fm puts it from Friday 10 to Sunday 12 July. set79 dates a Bermio set on 11 July 2026 and treats it as an analysed recording, not as a report from someone on the sand. It is not a list from a critic on the beach.

2025, on setlist.fm, is Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 July. JamBase repeats the 12th and the 13th, two days, and heads the bill with Hugel, Meduza and Reinier Zonneveld, at the Klein Strand. Music Festival Wizard writes 12 and 13 July and, in the same text, a three-day festival and nearly 80 names, and says it is celebrating ten years. The ten years clash with the 2010 bill and with setlist.fm's 15 times. The three stay together. The same wizard puts 16 or older. Clubxtrem, in 2011, already put it from age 16. The setlist.fm table has no 2020 row: it jumps from 2019 to 2021. Nothing loaded says why that year is missing.

In the table, TLP also Troubleman appears 11 times, Dave Lambert and DJ Licious and diMaro 10, Gueush and Yves V 8. That is a count of user cards, not a night. 2024, in the same table, runs from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 July. 2021 runs from 20 to 22 August, outside the July weekend of the other years. 2012 and 2011 are listed as a single Saturday. The reggae and dubstep stage of 2011, in Wikisage, is a stage name, not a song. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are on that 2011 bill and, fourteen years later, in an unclosed stretch of the Bermio file.
