Metal Frenzy Open Air

Metal Frenzy Open Air is the four-day metal gathering in Gardelegen, in the Altmark, at Magdeburger Landstraße 20, postcode 39638. The legal notice today is JaWis event Janikulla/Wiswede GbR, represented by Mathias Wiswede and Jörg Janikulla, at Poppau 11a, postcode 38489, Beetzendorf. The printed phone is 039000924789 and the mail is mail@metal-frenzy.de. The VAT number is DE242551741. Mathias Wiswede signs the content. They say they do not enter a consumer arbitration procedure. Since 31 October 2017 they are listed in the FairCommerce initiative. The ground and the office are not the same house: the music is in Gardelegen and the company is in Beetzendorf.

The 2014 sheet, written before the doors, presents Robert Röttger, from Gardelegen, with his father. The line he gives is from fans for fans. He had been preparing it for a year and a half, with another job beside it, and he says the money risk was high because it was the first time. The legal name on that sheet is Röttger Event UG. The printed dates are 14 to 16 August. The local paper places the field at the town's adventure pool. Another sheet of the same notice prints Magdeburger Landstraße. The two papers do not settle whether it is the same lot. The camp on that notice opened at 18:00 and the grounds, on Thursday, at 11:30. They announced 37 names. A magazine puts the pass at 60 euros and calls the town a place of about 15,000 souls. That is their figure, not a census. The same magazine says the notice leaves a mobile number for questions and that they do not want to grow until the dealing with the people who come in breaks. That is the sentence from before the doors. The house notes are signed Die Frenzys. Gardelegen sits in Saxony-Anhalt. Those pages are not a visit from afterwards.

The 2025 timetable, dated in May, splits the gathering from Wednesday to Saturday. After each day there is a party with DJ Undergrounded and the last order at 2:30. A listing treats that weekend as already over, counts about 5,000 and puts tickets from 89 euros. That is not a turnstile. A note of 1 March 2026, still before the doors, promises no price rise, opens the day sale and warns that the private toilets are nearing sold out. Power on a pitch goes first to whoever needs it for a disability or a medical reason. What is left goes to the open sale. That is the note, not a count of sockets.

The weekend a visit closes is 10 to 13 June 2026. The house, on 1 June, calls it the twelfth time, in a note of anticipation and of packing, written before. Ariane Blumenau, on 18 June, says it is already over. She calls it a family gathering: people from every part of Germany and from outside as well, four days in a town. It rained. The field filled with coloured capes. On Wednesday the infield was already fairly full. One Thursday name never left the airport and did not play. Friday stayed wet. In the morning they woke the tents with music and with alcohol. There was a growl and scream workshop with Britta Görtz and with Dave. Saturday opened with an early round. One name dropped for health and another stepped in, without the bass player, already on holiday. The text says the crew kept the stage changes on time. Another visit, of 30 June, closes Saturday as the last full day: rain, wind and sun took turns. If every summer since 2014 had counted, 2026 would not be the twelfth. These sheets do not say which summer is missing.

The homepage now sells a later June, again four days, and already lists names. The note of 18 June also looks toward that June. That is a sale sheet. These pages do not close those doors. On the same homepage Schwarzlose Immobilien appears as a support line. A reader's comment, on 4 June, before those doors, calls the gathering small and says one face in three is familiar from somewhere else. That is his sentence, written before.

Sleep is in a tent on the grounds. Whoever needs power asks by mail, with the medical reason first. A bed in the town also fits. The bass player missing on the last full day was, according to the visitor, already on holiday in Ibiza. The official address is kept. The weekend with a closed visit is the one in June 2026. The June the homepage sells has no closed doors in these papers.
